The process involves two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS) or zeolite materials. During the adsorption phase, compressed air containing nitrogen, oxygen, and other impurities passes through one tower while nitrogen molecules are selectively adsorbed by the CMS or zeolite, allowing purified nitrogen gas to exit the other end. Meanwhile, oxygen and other impurities are captured by the adsorbent material. As the adsorption process progresses, the concentration of nitrogen in the tower increases until it reaches the desired purity level. At this point, the adsorption switches to the second tower while the first undergoes regeneration by depressurization, purging the captured impurities and preparing it for the next adsorption cycle....
